Blitz FCD Studios (Fitness, Cheer and Dance) was established in 2017 by a team of experienced coaches and is now entering its seventh competition season as an independent club.We offer classes which cater for both competitive and recreational athletes of all ages, with opportunities for athletes to compete in all sub-genres of cheerleading.

Whether you’re brand new or have experience, Blitz has a class for YOU! We proudly offer convenient practices, affordable prices, and professional coaching. Most importantly, we strive to have fun, develop strong mindset, and to make positive impacts that last a lifetime.

Sportsmanship and working towards a shared goal are skills we aim to give the athletes within our program. We believe in the importance of physical fitness and health, but more importantly we value teamwork, leadership, developing social skills and creating friendships.

It is our mission to create a fun, safe and respectful cheerleading and dance environment for all who join our family. We aim to share our professional knowledge, instil our passion and dedicate ourselves to every athlete. Blitz is committed to building positive relationships with all athletes and the community. Everything we do is to benefit todays athletes and inspire them to be their best.

We believe in continuous improvement – we take on feedback from across the year and use this to further grow our programs. We have taken a holistic approach to our new class structure, using fundamentals from Cheerleading, Gymnastics, Dance and Cheerobics. As we develop as a club, and as Cheerleading develops as a sport, our coaching team reviews our programs to strive for best practice, safety and progression. 

Between them, our staff have one of the most diverse sets of knowledge across the state, with qualifications including; Cheerleading credentials, Dance Teaching and Management, Fitness Instructors, Gymnastics Coaches, Cheerobics, Clubbercise Dance Fitness and Early Childhood Education.

-We are a professional team of coaches whose knowledge of the fundamentals provide a safe, fun, respectful environment where each individual can flourish.

-We set goals for individual athletes and for teams, respecting that each athlete is different, and ensuring equality in our teaching methods.

-We communicate with, involve and form relationships with parents, to ensure each athlete issupported.

-We highlight fun, safety and strength within skill progressions, which gets high results at competitions.

Blitz FCD relocated to Karadinga Sports Centre on Montague Road, Modbury North late 2023. 

We have installed a 9 run sprung cheer floor, two sprung tumble areas with a range of tumble equipment including multiple air floors, above ground trampoline and a double mini tramp. We have an 8 run dance studio, and 4 run dance studio equiped with Marley dance floor, as well as extra flexi roll matting, ballet barres and a range of equipment to assist our dancer’s development. Our facility is also equipped with a parent waiting area (which overlooks all training spaces), vending machine, kitchen facilities (for coaches and athletes) and a uniform shop.
