Tumble and Acro classes focus on technical skill development through progressive training methods that prioritise safety, body awareness and correct technique.

These classes support athletes across both Recreational and Competition programs and may be taken as standalone training streams or alongside other disciplines.

Progression is built through strength, repetition and consistency.

Tumble Training

Blitz Tumble classes focus on safe and steady skill progression from foundational movements through to advanced tumbling elements.

Athletes develop:

• Core strength
• Body control
• Spatial awareness
• Technical execution
• Confidence in inversion and flight skills

Classes are structured by ability level to ensure appropriate progression and challenge.

Tumble training supports Cheer, Dance and Power Tumble athletes.

Acro Training

Blitz Acro follows the Acrobatic Arts curriculum, a globally recognised syllabus designed to build flexibility, balance, strength and controlled acrobatic technique.

Training focuses on:

• Flexibility and mobility
• Core conditioning
• Balance and control
• Limbering and foundational tumbling
• Progressive skill development

Skills are introduced through carefully sequenced progressions to ensure safe and correct execution.

Acro training complements dance technique and strengthens foundational tumbling ability.
